By accessing or using Animot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You may use the Service to create, edit, export, and share animated presentations. You agree not to:
The Service offers a free tier and paid Pro and Team plans. Paid subscriptions are billed annually. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period unless you request a refund (see below). Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for renewals; existing subscriptions are not affected mid-cycle.
You may request a full refund of your most recent payment within 7 days of subscribing — no questions asked. The refund button is available directly on your Billing page while you're within the window. Issuing a refund cancels your subscription immediately and ends Pro access at that moment. Re-subscribing later does not restore the original launch discount or any other promotional pricing tied to the refunded subscription.
Outside the 7-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion — typically only for technical issues we cannot resolve. Email rzera@beeblock.com.br with details and we'll review.
The Team plan covers up to 4 seats (the owner counts as 1 seat). Adding or removing members does not change the price. The owner is solely responsible for billing; if a Team subscription is canceled or fails to renew, all members lose Pro access at the end of the paid period (or immediately, on refund). When a Team subscription ends, projects in the shared team workspace are moved to the owner's default Personal workspace and the team workspace is deleted; members lose access to those projects but the data is not deleted.
Free accounts include 1 personal workspace; Pro and Team include unlimited personal workspaces. The Team plan additionally provides 1 shared team workspace accessible to all members. Personal workspaces are visible only to their owner; team workspaces are visible to all members of the linked Team subscription. Deleting a personal workspace moves its projects to your default Personal workspace — projects are never deleted as a side-effect of workspace operations.
Team subscriptions include real-time collaboration on shared team-workspace projects. While you edit a team project, your in-progress canvas state is broadcast to other team members who have the project open, including changes made before you save. This data flows only between members of the same Team subscription, over authenticated transient channels, and is not persisted beyond the regular project save. Animot does not store, log, or analyze the contents of live-collaboration broadcasts. Editing is single-holder: only one team member edits at a time, and others can request or force a take-over. By using a Team subscription you authorize this real-time broadcast among your team members.
You retain all rights to the presentations and content you create using the Service. By using the share or embed features, you grant Animot a limited license to host and serve your content to your specified audience. We do not claim ownership of your content.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Animot. The animot-presenter web component is distributed under its own open-source license. You may not use the Animot name or logo without permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features labeled "experimental" may change or be removed without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Animot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
